GreekBuzz End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and GreekBuzz ("Company" or "We") for the use of the GreekBuzz application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to:

• Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the App to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

3. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Company has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any content that is deemed objectionable or any user behavior that is deemed abusive will result in immediate termination of your account and access to the App. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech
• Bullying or harassment
• Threats of violence
• Explicit or pornographic material
• Any content that promotes illegal activity

4. User Content

By submitting any content to the App, you grant Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of such content.

5. Termination

Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the App for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy any copies of the App in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or
• The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

8. Changes to this Agreement

Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
